How it all began. Healing #1
I had heard many times that spiritual healing can bring healing and relief from suffering and pain, but until the day I hurt my hand, I hadn’t considered using it. This was the perfect time to try it, to see if my hand would heal. My hand had a deep, large wound that would normally heal in several weeks. I thought this would be a good way to test how quickly my wound would heal if you use spiritual healing.
Also, I decided that the best way for me to track my spiritual healing efforts would be to start a journal. I’d log everything I did in my journal. I would also track my healing progress (or lack thereof). Because it gave me an objective, impartial, concrete accounting of events that I could refer to at my leisure, I felt journaling was essential. This accounting could allow me to determine objectively if spiritual healt helped or not. My results were not reliable and I was hesitant to commit them to memory. We all have different feelings about certain things, depending on what is happening.
I sat down to do spiritual healing for my hand. I wasn’t sure if I was doing it correctly but I tried my best. While I was doing the spiritual work I sat intently looking at my hands, hoping for some magical healing.
I was disappointed to find that after only fifteen minutes of spiritual healing, there was no change in my hand. The wound was still there, and it still hurt.
I decided to heal a wound and not an illness by doing spiritual work. I did this several times daily. I expected miraculous healing every time I did my spiritual practice on the first day. I could not see any improvement in my hand’s appearance and was still suffering from severe pain when I went to bed the next night. I fell asleep doing spiritual work to heal the hand.
Surprisingly, I found the wound much smaller the next morning. There was less swelling and the skin looked normal around the wound. The scabby area was also smaller. And the pain was gone.
As the day went on, I kept going with the spiritual work. I was surprised to find that the wound was becoming smaller.
My second night of experiment was when I fell asleep again doing spiritual work to heal my hand. I woke up with only a slight visible scar. It was amazing to me that a large wound could heal so quickly and leave no visible scars. All of this information was recorded in my journal. My first experiment with spiritual healing ended in success. The wound that I was trying to heal healed in record time.
